4. Email a large group of Realtors with property details.
5. Announce your listing to Agents in my office meeting (Friday)
6. Place a “Lock Box” on your door to provide easy access for other agents
7. Put home on internet, Zillow.com, trulia.com, Realtor.com, and over 350 other internet sites.
8. Call agents who have recently shown homes similar to yours and see if their buyers are available
9. Call buyers who have recently viewed similar homes. (we keep track of them)
10. Place your listing in social media sites like Facebook
11. Prepare full color property flyers and brochures to showcase your home to buyers and other agents
12. Contact prospective buyers every day, directly, ask them when they plan on moving, and tell them about your home.
13. Schedule email marketing pieces to my entire list of contacts and past clients as well as area REALTORS®
14. Target mailing to prospective buyers for your home. Just Listed Cards Open House Cards
15. Video home for virtual open house so that your home can be viewed from home via computer 24 hours a day. ( When Applicable )
16. Contact every qualified buyer in our database to show them your home.
17. Call you regularly with buyer feedback, updates in market conditions and details of what we' are doing to market your home. (Fridays)
18. Negotiate with potential buyers on your behalf and open escrow.
19. Continue the above points weekly until an offer is written
20. Our call center prospects daily and each sales associate calls looking for potential buyers for 3 hours per day
21. Deliver your check from closing.
